Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 71Great room and service for the price!
Excellent stay at the Biltmore. I went with friends for the Halloween night, and this hotel ended up being fantastic! I love it! The Staff and Concierge is SO helpful!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 71Most expensive valet parking ever!
The Millennium Biltmore Hotel provided an average experience for the price. Though I must admit, the cost of valet $40.00 for a night is completley unreasonable. Furthermore, its not posed anywhere when you valet your car and check into the hotel. Seems a bit shady to me.

The hotel was simple underpriced. Its upscale, trendy, right in the middle of downtown. Great pool and health center. Avoided the 40 usd valet, with street parking a block away. Worked out well.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 71Outstanding Hotel
Excellent value for the money with the exception of the parking; very pricy up since we stayed last time. I loved the pool and health club but the bar was closed due to filming for a movie and the restaurant closed at 10:00pm so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful atrium. I would definately recommend this hotel and return myself. It's the third time I've stayed there.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 71Check your bill!
I have now been charged for an extra car for parking and music on the television that did not clearly state it was a pay channel (it was music!!) . They were very easy to work with on the music and the manager on duty immediately removed the charge, but I am not on my second call and at least ten minutes on hold waiting to see what will happen with the extra $40 I was charged for an additional car (which we did not have). Plus, $40 for parking in an area that is not the beach or central Hollywood is a little extreme in my opinion. I have stayed at or visited some very luxurious hotels throughout So Cal and this is by far the most I have paid to park. Overall the room was pretty clean (not the bathroom though!, beds comfy and the price through hotels.com was incredible.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 71Very Convenient
We were going to a play at the Music Center and it was only a few blocks away. We took advantage of the pool the next morning and had a lovely swim. The only small problem was that they forgot to leave soap in the room, so we had to track down a maids cart to get it.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 71Great hotel
Well priced, though parking was high ($40), though the registration clerk guided me accross the street to the city lot for the second day, and it was $15. Hotel itself was great.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 71Most accommodating hotel I've ever had
We had a difficult reservation: three rooms, non-smoking, preferably next to each other, preferably with double beds (even though hotels.com said there were only kings available), on a convention AND holiday weekend. The Biltmore accommodated all of our requests with a smile. In addition, they brought a mini-fridge to the room when we asked, checked out a stuck cold-water faucet when we asked (the only problem with the room), and even provided information about alternatives to their exorbitant ($40/day!) parking fees ($15/day, right across the street). I don't think I've ever had such good service at a hotel! The hotel is beautiful and historic, as well, though with modern amenities (air conditioning etc.). But what really made it stand out was the service. Great job, Millenium!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 71Beautiful hotel, awful staff
I suprised my brother by taking him to LA for his 20th birthday. We had 5 people total staying in a room and as we got there we were given a room with one bed. I requested a double weeks before my stay and multiple times. Once I spoke to the front desk they said there is nothing we can do but we'll put you on a "waiting list". That didn't get us anywhere and most of us slept on the hard floor with a blanket for the night. Also the rooms are very muggy and tempatures are either freezing, or humid and hot. Positives, the location was safe and the decor of the hotel was magnificent.
