this hotel is very nice and clean..they always have the special price too. so..this is the good choose to stay in LA downtown

Very nice

It was great, but the parking fee was kind of crazy (very expensive). It was very beautiful and clean. They upgraded our room due to over booking. It was very nice.

Outstanding Hotel

This is my second stay and I would stay again. This hotel is so beautiful! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Only negative is lack of restaurants in area after 9p.m. and high cost for valet.

Great Hotel - Excellent Deal from Hotels.Com

Biltmore has a definite charm and elegance to the architecture. Its a beautiful hotel inside and out. The location is perfect as everything from coffee shops to late night dining was within walking distance. The best part was their concierge service. He was very helpful and absolutely made the experience as good as it gets.

The Biltmore LA

The hotel was nice and the location was convenient for all the things we needed to do. The hotel was a little overpriced for the size of the rooms. The rate should at least include continental breakfast. I thuoght it was outragious to have to pay extra for that type of breakfast service!!!! The hotel restaurants were never open more than 3 hours a day which on vacation, thats not an accomodating schedule. I also think that these days with other hotels offering free Wi-Fi, the Biltmore's daily internet was a little steep.

WOW!

Fabulous hotel! Best place I stayed in during our nine-day vacation. Everything was perfect, employees went above and beyond, room was beautiful and immaculate. Those sheets were heaven! I'll be back!!!

Map directions inaccurate

We drove from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and used driving direction from Hotels.com mapping service. Last few miles were wrong. Put us on wrong highway and going the wrong way on a one-way street. Luckily we had a good map of LA from an earlier trip or finding the hotel would have been a real problem. Great hotel from the 20’s and the room we had was huge. Would go again for sure.

Amazing Hotel!

This hotel is a historical landmark! It's location is perfect, located within walking distance of Pershing Square Metro station, we were able to move around all over LA with ease. The hotel itself was a destination. While there we saw filming for a popular HBO show in it's lobby. The movie stars were friendly and took pictures with our daughter between takes! Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly! We will stay here again soon! Thank you hotels.com for the great deal!
