Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 124Great room at a great price
Great hotel overall. The only problem with this hotel is the parking. They either charge you $40 to park your car overnight per day, or you can park accross the street for $15.40 a day. I opted to park accross the street, I am trying ot save money by using hotels.com, so I carried mine and my girlfriends bags from an underground parking area way accross the street all the way up to our room. other than her not tipping me for my service, great hotel, very historic beautiful hotel.

Very nice hotel but the parking was expensive in that area.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 124Comfortable bed
other than the comfortable bed this hotel is not worth the low price paid; parking fees were nearly a third of total expended here. The sushi bar had amazing nigiri and was the highlight of the stay.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 124Great corner room
We got a great corner room with terrific views of Pershing Square. Wonderful light and I loved being able to actually open the window. Comfy bed and terrific location for us.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 124Wonderful historic hotel
We couldn't get a room at our favorite hotel that we normally stay at in LA and we also didn't want to pay an arm and a let. The Biltmore came up with a really reasonable price and the reviews were decent so we decided to do it. I am so happy we did - if you are interested in history or want to see a place which has survived it's years incredibly well this place is a MUST. If you go don't skip the pool - yes - it's inside and this is LA but I am telling you it is absolutely lovely - the pictures don't do it justice. This place is a gem! We will be back - hopefully we can get a great rate but it was worth way more than we paid :)

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 124Beautiful Hotel
Very nicely kept, luxurious hotel. Great band playing during evening hours. Very well situated to enjoy all downtown has to offer. Liked nightlife at Pershing Square. Only quirk was lights in bathroom and hallway went out unexpectantly for about ten minutes while I was shaving. Other than that, enjoyed my anniversary there immensely.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 124Other than parking fee, hotel was good.
The rate from hotels.com was great, the room was nice and clean. But the parking fee for overnight guests was exorbitant. It was 1/3 of the room rate!

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 124Great hotel in a great location
This hotel is located right next to the Pershing Square Metro station, and is centrally located to all aspects of LA such as Hollywood, Santa Monica, Anaheim, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. Also, this hotel is perfect for visitors that don't have a car due to its numerous bus stops and proximity to the Metro. Because of the quality of service, the cleanliness of the room, and the central location, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in LA.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 124Beautiful hotel
Directions through this site were wrong. Parking is $40 per night which I did not see on the website it just said parking was available. Other than that if you are looking for a hotel with atmosphere this is a great hotel with wonderful architecture. You could pay the same price or maybe a little less and get the "usual" carbon copy hotel. Loved this place in a great neighborhood.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 124Biltmore is a great value
The rate was so low that I was afraid it might be run down. But it's in great shape. Sure, it's an 86 year old hotel, and not as modern as others, but it's beautiful. Don't miss the subterranean pool. And it's a block from the subway, so you can get around town easily.
