Good Service, Good Price, Old Rooms

You get what you pay for. Hotel said no fax or email sent from Hotels.com for room, but Super 8 staff made sure to get us a room and even took an extra step and put our rooms of our group together. BTW water pressure in shower was excellent!!!

needs improvement

Mattress was wore out, the room cleaner was overpowering, like they were covering up something worse. A couple of chanels wouldnt come in clear and one did not have sound. Too much money, will not stay agian.

Unexpected Guest

The hotel rooms show heavy wear and desperately need upgrading, the room had a perfumed/incense odor but...... when the roach sprinted across the white sheets I knew this would be the last time I ever would stay here.

Great for Quick Overnight Stay

Hotel room was nice. Breakfast was great. Excellent on/off access to freeway. Only downside was that our neighbor's alarm clock went off from 4:45am-5:45am but that is not the hotel's fault.

Good hotel, but ac dripped on carpet..smelled kinda funky

This hotel was great for the money, but as the title said, the ac dripped on the carpet making a funky smell. The room was very clean otherwise, service was fine, maids obeyed do not disturb sign and did their work in the other rooms quietly. I would say here again, hopefully in a room that didn't have a leaky ac!

cheap price, cheaper hotel

At first, they lost our reservations. They were pretty combative and it took quite a bit of work to prove we had the reservations. We were there for 4 days. The toilet didn't really work as most toilets do. ie, it didn't really flush. The front desk wasn't exactly responsive since the whole time we were there it didn't work. It's Waco and it's a 2 star so we weren't expecting much. With low expectations, it overall was an ok place to stay since I have seen worse.

My Review

Better housekeeping is needed; they offer a handmade directory for places to order for food delivery, the phone numbers need to be updated. But for the price, I guess it was ok for just an overnight shopping trip.
