Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 21The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
First off the room I requested on hotels.com (Two queen beds) was not available when I arrived. They said they had overbooked. They offered me a suit with a king and couch bed but said I had to pay extra. The TV was missing from the bedroom. The pool outside our room was empty (middle of summer). I don't like my room serviced by the maid and I placed the do not disturb sign on the door when we left. The sign was still on the door and the maid had entered and serviced the room anyway. The main pool was full of leaves. I have stayed in many hotels all over the U.S. and this was by far the worst.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 21Good Hotel, Questionable Future
We stayed at this property for our one and only night in Phoenix. The locale is good, right in the middle of downtown (I think). The staff was excellent!!! Everyone was very courteous and attentive to our needs. The room was clean but the TV could have been in better shape. It was and old CRT unit that had seen better days. This was not a problem, since we didn't care to watch TV. However, the hotel appeared to be empty. We had no problem finding a parking, saw few people in the hotel, and ate alone in the restaurant. If this place closes it would be a shame because for the money, it was a pretty good stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 21Excellent Stay
The staff at the desk were very helpful. I would highly advises others to stay, the pool was nice and warm. The large waterfall into the pool was not operational, this would have been romantic for the wife and I.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 21Alright for the $$
A bargain, and an excellent location, but this is NOT a great place if you are expecting a better quality hotel. Think Comfort Inn or Days Inn. I generally expect a bit more from a Radisson. Not bad, just a bit rundown. The pool picture are deceiving too!

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 21needs some improvement
very nice personnel - helpful - clean rooms and bath , however, location difficult to find - room required the AC fan to loudly blow in order for the room to cool making night sleep difficult- offered courtesy water and did not have any - no adapters for 'free' internet in room -- breakfast cost is $10 + tip + tax --

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 21Room Sizes
I had requested a suite, for my family and I to stay in for a few days. The room we had was the same size as all the others in the hotel and the only thing that distinguished it from the regular rooms was the small refriderater and microwave. I was really disappointed and even called the front desk to check for an error in booking. I was informed that was a suite. I spent a large amount of money for a less then "suite" room. I did however like that they had a play area for the kids, so staying in the small room was not so bad when I could take them down to the play area.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 21Nice Hotel
Hotel was nice, but construction made it hard to get to. Also, the hotel's restaurant wasn't open for lunch, which would have been nice to know when I checked in since I have small children. The rooms were clean and nice. The children really enjoyed the pool area and the play area. I would stay here again.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 21Good Hotel for Good Price
The grounds of this hotel are wonderful. Very peaceful, would never know you were in the middle of city. Front desk could be a little more professional - did not seem to be up to Radisson standards - but not really an issue. We were dissapointed with the sleep by number beds and would not request again. Enjoyed our stay - good central location - would stay again.
