Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 84Very good value for the price
Friends and I came only for an overnight stay in a convenient location for us, so we weren't looking for anything fancy. We just wanted a decent room with a clean bed. The room was clean and well-kept and had the standard stock amenities including hair dryer, mini-fridge, ironing board and iron, etc. The grounds appeared to be quite nice though we weren't there long enough to do anything. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful pointing out places to eat that were still open at the hour we arrived, though we felt a little creepy walking around there in the dark. Really, the only 2 negatives I can think of was that the ice machine on our floor was locked and used for the restaurant, so we had to go up a floor for ice, and the pillows were flatter and harder than I like. But if you're just looking for a reasonably priced place to lay your head at night, this is a good bet.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 84Good for the price
Hotel is difficult to find with no outside signs. Unfortunately it took three tries to get us a room that had been cleaned. After third try we were given drink and beverage coupons. Hall carpets are in poor shape. Bartender service was good with bartender willing to look for local activities on laptop computer which was at the bar.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 84In a Bad Neighborhood
Well, the inside was nice enough, rooms okay, but on the smaller side for a suite--you had to fold up the couch to get the door open more than 1/4 of the way. Also, bathrooms did have granite counters, and soap and shampoo. That was nice. TVs in both bedroom and living room, but the one in the bedroom didn't work after a few minutes it would just screech that loud static sound. Only one elevator worked. Only one pool had water. no spa. Pool was not heated--which my husband loved, but we could only stand to be in the freezing water for 15 minutes. Only one of the water falls was on. The hotel is in walking distance to only one thing--an adult store. I am not convinced you could walk around alone safely. Far from freeway. Buffet okay, but not worth $11 each. Dinner on the expensive side...$5 American beers and $8 glasses of standard wine.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 84Convenient
Attended Diamond Backs vs Dodgers baseball game. Very convenient and easy access to light rail. It was great not having to drive back to Tucson after the game.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 84Pretty good experience
The room and the hotel were very clean, the room was a bit small though. We were not comfortable on the sleep number beds, but that's personal preference. The walls and doors are not very sound proof and we had many problems with loud neighbors and kids. We enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time there. I loved that the pool had a very shallow end for young children.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 10 of 84good stay
The location is close to downtown and easy to get to the airport. The room was great with a fridge and microwave, which was unexpected. The desk clerks were friendly and informative. Great for kids as there is a sand volleyball court that was well groomed, a small playground, and a no depth walk-in pool. The only complaint I have is that the pool was very dirty and it was confusing as to why their were two pools. I thought one was a hot tub, but it was the same temperature as the other.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 13 of 84Stayed 1 night and charged for 3.
I reserved this hotel at the last moment due to a critical illness in the family. We had a late arrival that night (~1:30am) after going to the hospital to see the family member. When he passed away the next morning, we returned to the hotel at ~1:30pm to check out and follow the family from Phoenix back to their home town in Yuma. Later that week, I checked my CC charges and found the Radisson had charged me for all 3 nights although we'd stayed there less than 12 hours.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 84Very Happy
We we're very satisfied with the location of the Radisson, being our first time in Phoenix. It was near everything, & took us very little time to get used to the area :). The Hotel Employees were awesome, & house keeping was great!, the Resturants were great too,& the breakfast was one of the best for the price that we've ever had at a Hotel. The grounds were very kept up & beautiful, & although we had no time to go in the pool, it was a very nice pool & looked like alot of fun, especially for families!, there's alot to do at this Hotel :). The only disappointment was the Hotel was under construction due to the 5th floor pool. It leaked & went through the all the floors & it smelled like mold in hallways, but it was good in the room, there was no smell. I'm sure this will be fixed in no time though :). We had a great stay, & would difinitely return!!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 84Decent for the Money
This hotel is just north of downtown where it starts to get shady, and it is kinda hard to find. The room is great, very comfortable. I did have some issues with some services, I couldn't get a movie because it didn't work in my room for some reason, of which they claimed it was the services fault not, which may or may not be likely. My refrigerator was also broken and when I advised the staff they said they would fix it, but never did. Also there were large fans in the hallway for some reason for 2 straight days. Those were a little annoying, but the pool and the fitness center were good. Breakfast was excellent.
