Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 74It was OK for the price.
I had several issues: First morning for breakfast I tried the Buffet, It was terrible everything was cold and dried up like it had been there for hrs. I did call when I got back from my meeting and complained they took it off the bill and gave me a voucher for buffet the following day free. I ordered dinner that night Salad and Sliders the buns for the sliders were stale and hard. The best meal I had there was the last night I ordered the daily special which was a Rib Eye Steak and it was Grand! My advice is stick to the daily special or order off the menu do not do the buffet. The desk chair in my room was broken and wobbly hard to sit and work on the computer that way, The sleep number beds are OK but I dont see the big deal no better than a good mattress.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 74Want comfort DON'T go here
The beds were the worst of any hotel we've ever stayed in. They sunk in the middle and were hard. It was like sleeping on rocks. We reserved a king and ended up with two queen beds that were awful. One was better than the other so we slept in that bed. The hotel is a little rundown. The room was clean but the halls were not. The staff and personnel were friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel because of the horrible... and I mean horrible beds. We chose this hotel because of the ratings. It only deserves one or two stars.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 74Good Room for the Money
This hotel is a good value for the money, however, disappointedly, the pool was not heated (mid October visit) and there was no jacuzzi either. Lots of "yard" if you have a small family, as well as a sand volleyball court if you have time to hang out. The bonus was that it is closely located to the city's light rail system (only a short block away) and a short 10 min ride to downtown. The area surroundings are not very dynamic, with few restaurants (other than fast food). Being located "mid-town" I had higher expectations of the area in general for both shopping and nightlife (there is none in the area). The sleep number bed and the rate is why I chose to stay at this location during a business trip

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 74serves its purpose for overnight
Hotel has Comfort Control bed that is neither. A/C sounds like a truck driving through the room. Bathroom EXCELLENT, clean and bright. There was no hotel amenities info in the room, I had to ask the desk clerk if there was a pool. Parking is easy and guarded at night. Not a neighborhood to walk at night. Only shopping nearby is Walgreens (one block) and Safeway supermarket (3 blocks). Quick access to Metro Light-Rail .

Great Staff, but little boring neighborhood.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 74Not staying here again
This hotel had air conditioning that was weird and loud, non-smoking room smelled like smoke, unsafe conditions, pool full of leaves/insects, and staff that were less than helpful. Would not stay here again...

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 74Wonderful staff!!
The staff was amazing and very helpful!! But the location was very hidden and difficult to find. The rooms were nice. We stayed in a cabana room. The pool needed some upkeep and cleaning. But it was a good deal being that it was 40% off.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 74Excellent Customer Service
I stay here about twice a month, always a smooth, easy check-in with a friendly front desk manager. The hotel is undergoing construction on the roof top pool. No construction noise and there is another pool on the first floor which is great. A very nice room or suite is available for me whether I stay alone or with my family I am always pleased with my stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 74Great nights rest!
This was a great hotel for my needs as it was only a few blocks from where I needed to be for business. They have a nice restaurant/bar and all the amenities you would expect. The bed was great and I will stay here again.
