Great overnight getaway!

We live in the area and I just wanted a place to take my 8 year old to swim and I could relax, read and enjoy a drink by the pool. It is a great place for that. They could use another evening dining option, but there are a few places wihing walking distance of the hotel, if you want something else. I highly recommend this place....

Not worth the money

Wave over priced. the service was so-so. I had better service at the Hyatt Place, which is half the price and across the street. They do have a Starbucks though which is very handy in the morning. Also the resteraunt in the hotel is very good with great sercvice. The worst part of the stay was checking in. The person at the counter was extremly rude.

Wonderful Stay

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The shuttle service was very convenient and very informative. I plan to visit Dallas again and plan to stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed or was looking for. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends - Wonderful Stay!

Needs Improvement

For the price it was adequate, but not exceptional. The valet service, doormen/bell hop were friendly and helpful. Desk clerks not quite as friendly or helpful. Extra charges were added for the workout room, tennis courts and racquet ball courts, which was disappointing. Rooms were small, but adequate but below expectations for cleanliness. The bathroom sink was left dirty from the last guest and it took some time before this was rectified, which was a bit disgusting. No apology made at all! The outdoors were pleasant, pool nice, hot tub not heated, nice walking trail.
