Great hotel but pay for each thing seperately

The hotel was great! Great comfy rooms, good in-house food and drink. But the high speed internet should have been free. This is a posh hotel. Give us some internet. COME ON!!! Cheers,

GREAT ROOM AND SERVICES

GREAT ROOM AND SERVICES. ONLY BAD THING MAID SERVICES START THIER SERVICE AT 8:00 AM AND WILL NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE.

"Great food and great service"

The hotel bar/restaurant was excellent. Great service, and great food - a pleasant surprise. Service in all areas of the hotel was far above average including internet service. My only disappointment was that there really is no gift shop where I could buy souvenirs for my grandchildren. Overall, an excellent experience as a business traveler.

Does not worth the money

Very poor and unreliable shuttle service between neighboring hotels and the Gaylord Texan. Big problem during my stay for the convention. Got charged one way and roundtrip service to the conventioncenter. Moderate quality for the dining at Bonnie& Clyde.
