Not bad but bring ear plugs

The wife and I stayed here the night before out cruise. Slept terrible with the sound of planes taking off right above the hotel. Was able to leave car for the length of stay with no additional charges. It all works out if you are planning for leaving your car for up to 14 days compared to port parking. Bring ear plugs, however.

Outstanding Hotel

I have been in many hotels in the Miami area and it was a very quick check in and even faster checking out. The rooms were cleaned when we left and i really have nothing bad to say. Just wish the prices were a little lower.

convenient

This hotel was convenient the airport and where I need to be. It was nice having a breakfast before I left fot the day.

Never Again

I could not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. The service was lacking and it seemed that we as the consumer "bothered" the employees of La Quinta.

needs improvement

Check in - the lady did not understand the reservation, and when she finally gave me a key she could not tell me where my room actually was. Check in was very frustrating. Later in the evening I asked about the wireless internet option, and whether I needed a code. I was told no code was needed, but the system was having problems. The front desk told me "good luck getting on - no one else has today"
