Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 11It was ok, except for the parking
The room was nice and very spatious but the parking below the hotel was expensive and terrible! They should really state that it is only for compact cars. And the price for parking was outrageous.

Best hotel i've ever stayed at and very affordable price. Right by the arena and progressive field.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 11Awesome Hotel
Perfect hotel in every way. Location of hotel is in the middle of everything! Size of room exceeded our expectations. We do a lot of weekend trips to different places and this is the nicest by far! Want to stay there again in 2 weeks but the hotel is already booked.

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 11Perfect for Cleveland Events
This hotel is located within walking distance (across the street) from Jacob's Field, and the Quicken Loans Arena. We saw a concert there, got drunk at a few of the awesome local bars/restaraunts, and it was a perfect location. I would stay here anytime.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 11Great room for the money
On the weekends a nightclub is open across the street, loud music til 2:30 AM, it's best to get a room on the other side of the building. We were told the nightclub might be closing in the near future. Great Breakfast ! Nice Bed ! I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 11Outstanding hotel, needs to screen guests...
We stayed at this location on New years eve after a concert to avoid having to drive home after 1am. Hotel service and staff was amazing, unfortunately there were a few guests at the hotel that had to be removed by the local cops. As luck would have it this didn't happen until well after 5am and we didn't get any rest that night. In the end I kind of feel ripped off since we spent a nice chunk of money to get such a nice room to sleep and instead ended up sitting up taking turns calling the front desk.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 11Beautiful old building, exceptionally clean
I wish I knew what this building was before it became a hotel. The architecture is stunning. The rooms are large and clean, the service was fantastic, and it's within walking distance of most of Cleveland's great restaurants, as well as just blocks from the train line. One concern: parking is extemely tight. Be prepared to test your maneuvering skills in their underground garage...it wasn't laid out to accomodate anything larger than a sports car.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 11Pleasently Surprised!
We were surprised to find out that our Hotels.com price was actually for a suite and not just a typical room. The suite and hotel were very clean and well maintained and the staff was very welcoming and personable. Something that we usually only see at a bed and breakfast!
