Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 17lovely
I bit pricey but very lovely. A wonderful boutique hotel with professional and helpful staff. wanted and got a in room massage taken care of by the front desk. Never had to worry about a thing. Located in the Lower east side the surrounding area is hip and fun. Lots of places to eat! The only thing that I didn't like (very minor)was that during the weekend the entrance is also the entrance for the lounge and roof bar. But the "bouncer" was friendly and all we had to do was show him our room key. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the street (right above the entrance) so we could hear the noise for outside but it didn't bother us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if it were less pricey. However, it was our anniversary and worth what we paid for it. LOVED IT!!!!

Two all glass walls and a quiet room made this one of the more enjoyable NY stays. Upper floors worth the extra cost.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 17Hip Hotel in brilliant location
This was the second time I stayed at this super hip hotel, I love that you can step outside the door & be in the thick of things. The roof top bar is so much fun, the rooms are huge by NY standards. I stayed in a high king with amazing views the first time with that is all glass & astounding, this time I stayed on the 3rd floor with no view, nevertheless the room was still great. Highly recommend

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 17Modern decor and friendly staff
Overall impression was a thumbs up. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly upon check in. Gave us recommendations on some restaurants in the area. They also upgraded us to a greater room size at no extra charge. Unfortunately, only one elevator was working in the building during our stay. Not a big deal, but just an annoyance. Coming into the hotel late at night, the bar was quite noisy. Glad I was on the 11th floor. Decor in the rooms was modern and sleak, love the bathroom all in black, remote to open/close drapes. I would stay there again.

Incredibly noisy on a Saturday night. The street noise was overwhelming, but the hotel itself was very quiet. We just assumed it was extra noisy because it was a Saturday and there were 2 bars on the street level. We did not stop hearing constant car horns until about 5am.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 17Fun funky place
Great location for something different in New York on the cool Lower East. The shower had a window that couldn't be covered, and which showed an interior courtyard featuring other apartment windows. Not for the shy! I doubt anyone watched us shower, but... A very cool hotel overall and I'd happily recommend it on.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 17Clean lines, clean rooms, excellent hotel
The hotel was outstanding. I don't have a bad thing to say about it. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and bright with excellent views of the city. The common areas are minimalistic with clean lines. The surrounding neighborhood is hip and young with lots of bars and restaurants. The Delancey subway station is right around the corner. It's within walking distance of Chinatown. I would stay here again and again.
