Great Hotel

Wonderful hotel --- with an amazing work out facility, pools and sauna. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is friedly and very helpful with information on "places to see/do in the city" They also offer complimentary driver in the downtown area (which is so great for evening dinners)!

old school

I was here very briefly (less than 24 hours) on business. They had fantastic food and attentive staff (used room service, concierge). It was pretty old school, ornate and a little grandparent-y, but definitely classy and comfortable.

Not really a "Fairmont"

A nice hotel and well located, but no great shakes. A little run down, 3 stars at best

excellent service

I was impressed by the level of service provided by hotel staff. Everyone (from front desk clerk to the valets) went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met and that I was happy with my stay.

Excellent Hotel

Amazing people and service. The only thing that I did not like is that you can hear street noise b/c the windows do not have good insulation.

Disaster

I arrived at the hotel after being delayed at the airport for 9 hours. Although the room was paid for in full they resold my room before I arrived. They put me in a conference room with a roll a way. If I wasn't so tired and it wasn't so late I would have demanded my money back and found another hotel. The comped me with a free pot of coffee and a danish in the morning. What a jokle for a 5 star hotel to treat a customer this way. I'll never stay there again.

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel is simply great. It has a traditional decor, so some may be turned off if they are looking for modern and trendy, but everything in my room was in great shape. The hotel has a very dignified feeling about it. I'm a younger traveler, so I like trendy, but this hotel did not disappoint. Service was great. They could use more help at the check-in counter, but not a huge deal.

A Fabulous Experience

We were thrilled with the experience we had at this hotel. I can't think of one thing that wasn't steller. Don't hesitate to book here.

Classic Hotel in Great location

The location and awesome summer weather in Seattle are hard to beat. Very classic hotel. Energy level a little low. Very nice work out area. Helpful staff and friendly. The price of the room was good on a special summer deal. However, the $36. a night to park the car ended up costing the same as a night in the hotel!
