Didn't get what we booked

We booked a room for four but got two rooms and had too split up. It was fine for two days but i wouldn't want to stay any longer.

Needs Improvement

Heating in December would be a good idea, especially if you can't close the window all the way!

Needs improvements

Needs new beds. We had very bad nights. Need to cleen the room sometimes (sheet was OK).

Good hotel for a low price

This hotel is very good for the price you are paying. It's good for students or for busy travellers who is planning to spend nights in the hotel and all day outside, sightseeing. Will not recomend it for families with kids, but for single travellers or with couple of friends it is exactly what you might need. Not far from the subway, which is a good thing. The bad things are: if you arrive earlier than 3pm, which is check-in time, you are gonna wait, because no matter how tired you are after the flight they are not gonna check you in like a more expensive hotel would. And shared bathrooms are usually busy, so you have to plan your shower very early in the morning or late at night.Other than that, if you want to spend more money on tours than on the hotel, you might as well consider West End Studios.

don't stay here

the room needed a lot of tlc, although it was clean. no trash can or bag in the room. the radiator was stuck on, so it was ungodly hot in the room. the window would not open because there was a window AC unit in it. the AC unit had a three prong plug, and the only outlet as 2 prong. the front desk man in the AM was rude, unsympathetic and not helpful at all. i have stayed in many hostels before, and i will never return here!!
