Marriott Cleveland at Key Center

Great Hotel and Location

Only minor problem was that our basic room (two double beds) was a bit small to accommodate 4 people.

Great hotel in great location

This hotel is perfectly located for any athletic event in downtown Cleveland - within a very short walking distance of both football and basketball venues. Also only 3 blocks from the Warehouse district for great food, drink, and partying.

Marriot at Key Center

My trip at the Marriot at Key Center in Cleveland, OH was an excellent stay. I was extremely impressed with the service of all hotel staff as well as the restaurant and bar service. It was also very conveniently located in the heart of the city. If I ever travel back to Cleveland I will definately make sure I make my reservations at the Marriot.

Outstanding Hotel

We stayed here to be close to downtown to watch a cavaliers game. the location was great, pretty much central to anywhere you need to go. definately will stay here again!

Suspect higher rates because of U.S. National Championships

My daughter and I stayed for just two days to attend the finals of the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at the Quicken Loans Arena. It was within walking distance; however the cold and wind made the every present taxi's at the front a blessing for us. There were, however, no taxi's in front of the Q to bring us back. We walked have way in Freezing-Blowing-Cold before we found a cab to bring us back. We drove the next day with parking available directly across from the Arena. The valet, front desk and room service personnel were all very pleasant, helpful and timely. A real plus when you have a time sensitve schedule. After nearly 12 hours of watching skating and no formal meals, the room service which ran till very late was a real life saver for us. We ordered WAY MORE than we could eat-- but everything was excellent. Rooms were incedibly spacious and comfortable. We'd stay there again-- though I suspect that the event in the area made the rates substantially higher than what would be standard-- making our chances of going again more likely.

Very nice hotel!

We had a great stay at the Marriott cleveland at key center. The staff was kind and very helpful! Withing walking distance to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and many restaurants. Definately worth the price!

Great Hotel

My boyfriend and I were very impressed with the Marriott, it was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. The bed, pillows, and blankets were all really comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. My boyfriend personally loved the shower because it had one of the huge shower heads and he said it was the best shower he had in his life. It was freezing cold the weekend we went up there and we ended up taking cabs everywhere. As soon as we walked out the front door, there were numerous cabs already lined up, which was very nice. The hotel is in a great location, only a short walk (10 - 15 minutes) if you wanted to go to Tower City, see a baseball or basketball game, or go to bars/restaurants. Room service was very fast and I'd recommend the nachos :-)
