Great location

If you're going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, an Indians game, or a Browns game, the hotel is a convenient 10-15 minute walk from any of those sites. Overall, it was one of the nicer Marriott's that I've been in at a while. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was really nice as well. Great buffet - which at times is rolled into the room rate (along with parking!). Nice bonus I hadn't expected.

Perfect

Hotel was perfect; centrally located to the attractions we needed to see and within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great location very close to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Warehouse District for dining. In general hotel was fine. However, bathrooms need updating and painting. Tubs lacked hand rails and fan in the bathroom would have been good. Lastly, shampoo and conditioner was not provided for some reason.

Highly recommended

My Husband, daughter, and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The Hotel parking is very convienent and the lobby was beautiful. Our room had a clean, cozy feel to it. I wish they would have more vending machines than just pop. The fitness room had a great variety of machines very up to date. My husband did say that their pool could have been a little cleaner, but it was tolerable. Overall, a very nice stay close to area attractions and we will stay here on our next visit.

Great Hotel

This hotel was beautiful. The service in the restaurant was very slow but the food was really good. The bed was amazingly comfortable!!!

Suggestion

Offer free internet access for thos that are causual user. The fee of 12.99/day was, in my opinion, too high.

Nice Hotel, Uncomfortable Beds!

We stopped here on our way to NYC, very uncomfortable beds, we had soar backs & necks for the rest of our trip!
