One night good service

NO complaints. Worth the money. Great eats within walking distance. Hotel breakfast buffet outstanding

Bring your Hotel.com print out!

The hotel was really great, however I had to bring my confirmation print out from Hotels.com to prove my "free breakfast" to the front desk. In the end we had a two free buffet meals, however I had to show the print out twice - once prior and once to have the buffet removed from my bill. Also, when I purchased the stay on hotels.com the initial page listed "free parking" with the hotel room, however it was not the on confirmation and therefore I had to pay $20 for the overnight parking. So, the hotel is great, staff is great, location is great - just print out All pages describing what hotels.com is promising for the room. The hotel staff will accomidate any promises made by hotels.com

outstanding hotel

very nice, elegant atmosphere. very helpful and courtious staff. neighborhood only drawback, but slightly. would stay again.

perfect stay for the money. will surely stay there again. pool/hot tub not great--, but everything else was.

Always a great place to stay

My fiancee and I have stayed here a couple times and both times it has been a great experience. We live in Akron, so it's a nice place to go when looking for a short get-away. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful, though having to pay $20 just to park in their garage seemed expensive. The room was clean and had nice decor that didnt give it your normal "hotel room" feel. The view of the city was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is willing to spend the money to have a great time. Well worth it!

Good hotel

This hotel had avery nice TV in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The room looked elegant and was put together nice. However i did think they should provide parking. I was told I could park in the under ground hotel parking and it was 20 dollars for 24 hrs.
