Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 29Nice Place to Stay
This was a great place for business. The fitness facilities were outstanding and the hotel is linked to Key Tower. The pool is nice but small and the hot tub needs an update, and some hot water. The sauna was warm and nice. The front desk was organized and helpful. Food was good and the room was comfortable and clean. This neighborhood is great for a few blocks but then becomes a bit dicey. Pick up gas and other items prior to arrival as using the hotel is expensive and no other options are close. Parking seemed very expensive at $25.00 to self park. I am not certain how much valet was as I parked my own car. I saw other lots for much less so I am assuming the hotel offered something more, except they had a huge disclaimer for damage for theft. For $25 for 20 hours parking you would think I could depend on safety.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 29Great location, questionable service
I picked the Key Center for its location. It was nearby the Goodtime 3 where I was meeting up for a class reunion. It is also very close to the warehouse district. When I arrived at 5, the room was not ready and I had to leave for the boat at 6. Around 5:40 the room was finally ready and I could get changed. They were also unwilling to provide any compensation for my trouble (tried to get the $20 parking fee wiped).

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 5 of 29Convenient location
We booked a room at the Marriott Cleveland at Key Center because we were in town for the Mid American Conference basketball tournament. The hotel is very close to the Quickens Loan Arena, Progressive Field, and numerous downtown restaurants and shops.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 29Great Hotel and Fun Bar
Living in pricey Goldcoast area of Chicago and working in the consulting industry, expectations were to stay at a mediocre hotel for the price we were paying. Expectations were surpassed by staff, cleanliness, and overall appeal. Location was fantastic, hotel bar was friendly and bustling, and ambiance was great. Attended a wedding reception in conference area which was extremely well done by the hotel as well. Highly recommended stay in Cleveland.

It was a very nice hotel. I feel they need to work on their customer service at the front desk. One lady was very rude.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 29Great Stay, close to the Browns!
We stay here at least once a year when we go to the Browns games...We love the rooms and the comfortable beds. We went to Jake's restaurant to eat and the food was very overcooked...unsatisfying, especially for the price. We went for a walk at night, the Christmas lights were beautiful in the city, but the rat scared the heck out of us! All-in-all, we love this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Went to Cleveland for a football game, the valet handled my 43' RV without a problem. Rooms and service were up to standards. Walking distance to everything.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 29Great Location and Views
This is our second time staying at the Marriott Cleveland at Key Center. We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay and was glad to see that that our expectations were met once again. The location was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend. We could walk to Progressive Field for the Indians games, as well as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, shopping and great restaurants. We also had a wonderful view of Lake Erie and Browns Stadium. We would highly recommend the Marriott and look forward to staying there again in the future.
