great location

This hotel is in Miami airport. It was so nice to exit security at the entrance to the hotel. Our flight got in at almost midnight, so was nice to not have to wait for shuttle or cab to get to hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We do recomend this hotel to friends and we will stay again.

Convenient

The hotel was very convenient...only a short walk from my arrival gate and baggage claim. The room was very small, but fine for a short stay. The front desk staff didn't seem to pay attention that were was a line to check in and helped people that walked up in front of the line.

Good for overnight stay

We traveled with a 3 year old and 1 year old and needed a hotel room for one night in Miami. It was very convenient and I would recommend it for that reason, but for only that reason. The room was cramped and the crib mattress was so thin that we couldn't let our son sleep on what felt no better than the hard floor. He slept in the bed with my husband instead, and therefore my husband didn't sleep very well. The top of the hotel restaurant was very good for breakfast; just expect to pay hotel prices for the food. Overall I would stay there again if we had a flight out of Miami the next morning, but for no other reason.

Great Convenience

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and great location. Two things to change would be selection of nearby restaurants. No good ones at the airport, should have splurged and tried the restaurant at the top of the hotel. Second would be the hotel should improve the service of their front desk. All they do is check people in, not much life there or attention to your request.

Convenient Location

We fly out of Miami International Airport several times a year, and we have stayed at a variety of hotels near the airport. The Miami International Airport Hotel is not only convenient, being located inside the airport at Concourse E, but it is also extremely quiet. Much quieter than other hotels where we have stayed which are located at the outskirts of the airport where planes are landing and taking off.

Rude and/or Indifferent

I would recommend this hotel only for its convenience and proximity to the MIA. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the staff at the front desk were at best barely polite and at worst rude. The same can be said of the restaurant staff.

for an airport hotel it was very quiet. T.V. did not work in one of the rooms, got free breakfast in the am because of it.

Can't beat the location for an early morning flight

Out of the elevator, right to the check-in desk. We check our bags, got through security, and were at our gate within a half hour of waking up! The water in the shower would not stay at a consistent temperature.

Excellent Hotel

This was the best hotel decision we could have made to fulfill our room requirements prior to cruise departure. Check in was easy, rooms were clean and comfortable, even though it was at the airport terminal there was no noise and lastly access to food and transportation in the morning was easy.
