Its Okay

The only bad thing about this hotel was me, my best friend, my little sister, and my four year old son had to sleep with a bug. It was under my pillow to. But other then that it was fine.

horrible service

upon arrival at the hotel I was charged for the hotel room and didn't authorize it. the next day the front clerk realized his mistake and tried to cover it up by telling me that he lost the paperwork and had me sign another bill with no balance due but never told me that he made a mistake. I only found out when I checked with my credit card company and then it took 4 days to fix the mistake with the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. if you do stay here please check your bill right away.

hotel address not picked by GPS

hotel address is not identified by GPS which is an issue if you are coming from outside. rooms were ok , not very clean but considering the low price , shouldnt complain , i guess.

better than expected

I chose something inexpensive, expecting less than what I got. The room was clean, service friendly. Carpet a little grungy, but room very large and I was pleasantly surprised with cleanliness, water pressure, etc. Not anything fancy, but certainly worth every penny.

You get what you pay for. ITS CHEAP!!!

I liked the pictures on your website so I though I was really getting a great deal. The first thing we looked for was the swimming pool since its summer and this is the most important thing for our kids. The swimming pool was green and in real poor condition DIRTY.Like it had no filter, and the water had been there since last year.. My kids were sad since I did not let them in the pool. Big turn off for them. Then our 2nd problem the air condition was not working. with 100 degrees weather and no air cond. Its a must. The attendant was real nice and changed our room as well as our other party. That night I think all the Ac's were giving up. The room was Clean I have to admit. and the Beds were comfortable. We were not that far from Fiesta Texas so that was ok. Overall I think this hotel would do good if they gave it more maintenance. The swimming pool needs alot of help as well as the air conditions... Thanks...

Excellent room for the price.

Originally booked 2 queen room for 4 adults, but our travel companions backed out at the last minute. We were refunded the extra person fees upon check in with no problem at all. Beds were not hard like many places we've stayed before and room was overall quite clean. There was also a mini fridge and microwave in our room when we hadn't expected that as neither were on the amenities list. The only complaints we had were one of the chairs had to be pounded back together and the continental breakfast was far less than expected -- cereal, no milk, bread to make toast, and coffee. There are many cheap fast food breakfast places nearby though. Cannot comment on maid service as I accidentally left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door.
