We made many turnarounds trying to locate the hotel as it is not in a very convenient location from I-10 and I-410. Our taxi driver even had to call the hotel 2x on the way back from the riverwalk and he works that area all the time.

Needs Improvement

Very very old building. ACs are very noisy. Carpet is extremely dirty. Our feet became black after walking barefoot on the carpet.

Ay Ay Ay!

Well, as soon as you walk in there is a smell kind of mildewie. The tub was dirty. Bed was very hard. Sheets were not as white as they could be. Towels had a smell to them like they were left on the washer too long. The mirror in the bathroom was really dirty from inside couldn't take the stains off. The water at the pool was so dirty it looked green and was slimy. The breakfast was your choise of 2 cereals and toast. Staff at night very rude Day staff very nice. Would never go back

need some improvement

overall the hotel was ok. we arrived very late and the staff was very courteous getting us checked in.had four people in party, room only had towels set for two, had to go to the office and get more towels. the room was basically clean except the bathroom floor and shower were a little dirty. the towels appeared dirty like they had been washed without soap. bathmat didn't look like it had been washed at all, like it was just folded back over the edge of the bathtub after it dried. maybe they were all just stained from not being washed with soap amd only the disinfectant cleaner

Needs a lot of improvement

my family and I were not please with the service and the maintanence of the hotel didn't deserve a d 3.5 start like you had it advertise. I will not recoment it to anyone

Just decent and inexpensive

If you are looking for a hotel that is decent and inexpensive, then this is the hotel for you. It was not a top notch, but overall it is ok. Also, the breakfast is continental style which needs more varieties in selection of choices. I had problems with the door/key for the room several times.

If you like strangers hair in your blankets,this is the one for You!

To begain with, we walked into the room & the carpet was very wet & we were afraid to set down our bags. Then as we got ready for bed 12:30 am, pulled the blanket back & found alot of hair embeded into blanket but the worst was when I pulled back the bedspread I found a clear baggy of marijuana-pot-weed crumbs. My older children were shocked & sort of afraid about it being there. I was so tired by then that I waited untill morning to report it to the front desk & all the guy that worked there said was he would tell his manager! The breakfest was horrible, nothing lefted at 8:00 but 2pieces of bread. The people working there acted like it was a hassel for them to bring more stuff out as 10 or so other people waited. The only thing ok was the location of motel.

Our non smoking room smelled as a smoker room and they refused to give us other room.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY AND THEY HAD A FOUL ODOR. ALSO WE WERE LOCKED OUT OF OUR ROOM FOR NO REASON. THE ATTENDANT WAS VERY GOOD IN ASSISTING THOUGH. THE INN JUST NEEDS TO BE REMOLDELED. THEY ALSO HAVE A MOLD ISSUE FORMING.

Needs Improvement

The hotel was not full and we were put in a room right next door to where construction was going on. We left out the room early the next morning and did not return until late that night. When we came back the beds were not made or anything the only way we knew they had even came in the room is because the trash was taken out and a couple of towels were replaced (still not enough). I would definetly look for a different hotel next time.

Decent

I did not care for the spa which was barely warm and not that strong in pressure. Also, the continental breakfast needs to be upgraded a great deal. They were constantly running out of cheap donuts, cinnamon rolls, plates, bowls, cups, and various jams. If you like toast and raisin bran then you're all set, otherwise going out to eat breakfast would be a better idea. The room was nice and comfortable, it was just like in the photos. The housekeepers did a great job of cleaning up the rooms and making the beds. There was no HBO, something else that needs to be upgraded. Also, they have a coffee-maker but no packages of coffee.
