needs improvement

It's old and broken down. if you are going on the turn around on the freeway get ready to turn fast and furious because getting into the hotel is a challenge. Breakfast is toast and muffins not bad but selection of toase is one. carpet old and no house keeper to help out most of the day.

OK Stay

Good Location But that’s about it!! There’s no place to park if you get there late (11p) and tow trucks waiting for you to park in the wrong spot. Got up for breakfast and all they had white & wheat bread and dry cereal. Oh and bad coffee. There was a coffee pot in the room buy no coffee. Bottom line I would stay with a better chain name then this.

Obviously there wasn't any vaccuuming done, because there were a few pennies scattered on the floor. Definitely not enough towels. Old smell...and coffee pot w/no coffee.

no way!!!!

the only good thing about this hotel was the location. other than that, no way. got into the room only to find a roach in the toilet..ewww! asked for another room but front desk guy asked if he could see the roach in my toilet. no way! finally got room change only to get two fulls when i paid for king suite with no compensation. only rude personnel. no way!

Needs Improvement

The restroom was not clean and the towel rack was broken. The towels were not white any more and looked old. It was evident that they do not pay attention to small details whcih factors in first impressions.

Great value for the cost.

Ideal location. Close to great restaurants and shopping centers. Also the Medical Center is just minutes away.

Great room for the money

Everythig was okay for the money, except that we had too much noise from the other rooms in the night.

You get what you pay for...

There were hotels closer to the amusement parks we were going to but we had no trouble getting where we were going. That being said, lights out in the room and the pool being green didn't help matters. Also, the one computer available was having some issues and no one felt it important enough to take care of the matter. If you plan on spending much time at the hotel other than sleeping then this probably isn't for you.
