Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 9Knights Inn
Hotel was centrally located. The bedding was stained and had to be changed by request upon arrival. The room was hot and not ready to receive customer. Adequate towels were not available without request (2). The stay involved two nights and the coffee was not replentished the second daynight in the room. The Inn keepers were friendly.

Eeven though my inital thoughts was to say no the Hotel staff put it over the top. Cleanliness could have been better, the Hotel has seen better days and could use a update, the Hotel Staff however was friendly and handled all our request. We were on a business trip and stayed in the room a minimal amout of time. My bottom line I guess is if you looking for the basics, nothing fancy, this Hotel with its great staff will meet these needs.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 9Nightmare on IH10!
In defense of the hotel, I called at the last minute and switched my request from nonsmoking to smoking. That's their only defense. The room I got had no shower curtain. When I called the front desk, he said that it was too late at night to get one so come to the office and he'd find me another room. I said no, I'm tired and unpacked. I'll just take a shower and the bathroom will be really wet. Then, later, I went to use the toilet and opened the lid! OMGAWD! It was filthy (I wont' go into details) and the flusher was not even attached. So, I did end up switching rooms. The new room had a coffee maker but no coffee. The towels used to be white but now are grey. Otherwise, the room is what I expected having stayed there before. It's cheap and close to the dental school so I guess that's all that really matters. I'll stay there again, but this time I'll check out the whole room before I unpack!

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 9Check out at 11 AM
This hotel has a great location. Things go down hill from there. Don't look at the chairs too closely. Online the check out was at 12. In our confirmation email check out was at 12. On the back of the room door, partially ripped off, check out was at noon. At 11:05 AM there was a knock on my door and they told me check out was at 11AM. They never mentioned this change when I checked in. The staff then proceeded to try to pressure me into signing a receipt paying for another day. I explained the misunderstanding, they didn't care. They said it was Hotels.com fault. If I would have not down right refused to pay the extra day they would have made me. They did make me leave at 11:15 AM. I wouldn't go to this hotel ever again. There are plenty of other good ones that I have stayed at in S.A.
