Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 7Very difficult to get to
We are an elderly couple who have been visiting friends and family in America for a couple of months. We were on our way back home to Germany and were looking for a nice airport hotel to spend the night in due to a lay over flight. We phoned and checked with the hotel prior to booking and were told there was a courtesy coach that ran between the airport and the hotel. When we landed we could not find it. We checked with airport information and were told it did not exist. After a mimimum of 3 staircases and some long walkways where we had to lug 5 suitcases we finally made it to the hotel.

Room was much larger than anticipated. Plenty of room even with 2 queen sized beds to walk around and store luggage.

The hotel was fine, but I was disappointed that they felt it necessary to charge extra for an internet connection.

The room was all that and a bag of chips. The only thing that we were not happy with was that the room was advertised as having free breakfast. We were told very curtly that it did not come with the price we paid for the room. Other than that all else was excellent, very comfortable, quite, new looking, clean, non smoking (a big deal as an asthmatic)

This is a very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It located on the air port and is noisy after about 7:00am.
