Excellent Hotel

Staff were very helpful but not in our way. Bed very comfortable and modern room design refreshing. Easy access to surrounding activities for an airport hotel. Special pricing discounts was icing on the cake.

We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, so I don't have too much info to give, but the hotel was beautiful, the staff was awesome and the restaurant was really good!!

Great room for the money

Nice, clean hotel. They had to evacuate 5th floor due to water leak, but they handled it very well. Conveniently located by the DFW Airport.

room did not have refrigerator nor microwave, Those cost extra,breakfast was not included with hotel stay and was very expensive

Highly Recommend This Hotel

My husband and I stayed here during a weekend conference that was held at the Gaylord Texan. We didn't want to pay the high price to stay at the Gaylord, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a great rate at the Hyatt Regency. It was conveniently located near our conference. Even though the hotel was at the airport, we found it surprisingly easy to get in and out and the parking was free. The room was nicely updated and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the hotel restaurants. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay. We would certainly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others!

Great way to spend an overnight at DFW

We had an overnight stay with an afternoon flight the next day fro DFW. The convenient shuttle (call from the curtesy phones to get a pickup), the on-airport location and the noon checkout turned what could have been a pain into a nice relaxing morning.
