Extremely convenient

I stayed at this hotel when I was stuck in Dallas overnight because of flight delays. I picked it only because it's located at DFW airport, but I was pleasantly surprised. My room was very nicely furnished and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that there is a substantial charge for WiFi service. Internet access is essential for business travelers nowadays, and many hotels in this price range don't charge for it.

Room service

The room service was not worth the money, I paid $42.00 for a chicken wrap, salad & two waters. they added a charge of $3.00 plus 21%, so that it doubled the price of what you received. of course when I looked in the menu later, it was in small letters on the bottom of the page.

Outstanding Hotel

Outstanding Hotel. However, it was not convenient for shopping. Staff are/were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the staff are. Best ever for any hotel I have visited. THANK YOU!!!

TRAPPED AT DFW AIRPORT FOR THE NIGHT STAY AT THE HYATT

The Hyatt is a short walk out of terminal C at DFW airport. I got bumped off my fight and there were no more for the night. I went on Hotles.com from my iPhone while still in line to get on a flight the next morning , found that the Hyatt was right there in there airport with in walking distance , read the reviews and booked my room (at a really great price) then and there on my iphone via Hotles.com iphone mini application. Got my confirmation by email within seconds. Then finally got to the ticket desk and got my flight for the next morning and already had my hotel room booked and confirmed. A short walk from Terminal C's across the parking lot and I Checked in via the Hyatt's new automated Check in and there by avoided another line (all passengers also stranded at DWF) The hotel is very nice as you would expect from a Hyatt and I had dinner in the bar and a few drinks. (REally Great Bartender) All very good and really welcome after a difficult day. The next morning I walk over and was at my gate in 15 min form when I left my room. It made all the difference to have a nice hotel right there in the airport. Thank you Hotel.com and Thank you Hyatt you could not have made it any easier or more pleasant in the face of my difficult circumstances while stranded at DWF.

Very Quiet

This hotel is surprisingly quiet. I won't even add "for being on the airport grounds" because I would consider it quiet for any neighborhood! It's comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Definitely a great place to stay!

Home away from Home!

At the last minute I missed my flight and had to find a hotel. Therefore I went to Hotel.com and found a hotel as close to the airport as possible. It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel personal was nice and friendly, the went over and above the call of duty to make my one night stay pleasant. The food was great in the resturant as well as the room being clean and comfortable. They not only had two wake up calls the shuttle stared running to the airport at 4:20 am. When ever in Dallas I will always stay at that hotel. Thank you!
