Discovery Inn Seaside in Seaside, Calif., is positioned along the beautiful Monterey Peninsula within seven miles of the fairways and scenic landscapes of Pebble Beach Golf Course. Also close by is the Monterey Bay Aquarium, known as one of the best aquariums in the world. The lobby offers complimentary fresh hot coffee and use of a microwave oven. Wireless Internet access is available in all public places.
Guestrooms. The Discovery Inn's ocean blue exterior is an indicator of the quiet and relaxed atmosphere inside this coastal lodge. Guestrooms at this 19-room, two-story inn are neatly furnished and decorated with pastel colors. Guestrooms offer views of the harbor and feature complimentary wireless Internet and cable television with premium channels. Windows are outfitted with blackout drapes. Expert Tip. Cannery Row often draws fans of celebrated author John Steinbeck, who used the area as the setting for his novels. The Historic Cannery Row Tour takes visitors through the café, bars, homes and even bordellos frequented by the characters in his books.
