Location. The Sottsdale Cottonwood Resort is situated on 25 acres of lush landscaped beauty in the midst of Scottsdale's favorite attractions such as the Phoenix Zoo, The Grand Caynon, Desert Botanical Gardens and Old Town Scottsdale.

Hotel Features. The hotel allows pets but charges a refundable deposit fee. The hotel offers complimentary parking, childcare services, concierge services and laundry valet. Safe deposit boxes are located at the front desk. There is a breakfast restaurant on-site. The hotel includes a business center.

Guestrooms. Guest suites include Southwest decor, muted desert tones with wood beam ceilings. The standard room features a private patio overlooking lushly landscaped grounds. The Tucson suites feature a large living room with sleeper sofa and private rear patio. The Phoenix Suite features a living room with sleeper sofa, adobe fireplace and a full-sized kitchen, plus a patio. All rooms includes amenities such as in-room movies, work desks with lamps, high-speed Internet access, cable television and in-room safes.

Food-and-Beverage Credit Promotion
Book a stay in a qualifying rate category for travel now - December 31, 2009 and receive a daily $50 or $100 food-and-beverage credit (depending on room and rate categories).
Must book “$50 F&B Credit” or “$100 F&B Credit” rate plan. Credit is per room, per day. Valid at Milagros Restaurant and Tumbleweeds Pool Bar. Credit is nontransferable; unused portions have no value. Must be used during the duration of the stay. Credit applied to guestroom account upon check-in and deducted from final guest folio at time of check-out. Other restrictions may apply.
