Staybridge Suites San Angelo

I don't know why it was rated a 2 star hotel. Amenities galore in our king suite. Although we didn't order out, there was a Carino's menu in the room. Perhaps they delivered.A Carino's and a Cheddar's right next to hotel. Next time we go to San Angelo, we'll be staying here. Our room was emmaculate. The sheets were clean and crisp, and yes, even the comforter was clean and smelled good.Everything in the room looked brand new. Nothing looked run down. Gotta list all the stuff in the room: full size refrigerator,stove, microwave, dishwasher,toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils (all crystal clean),desk, sofa bed,tv with HBO,down pillows on king sized bed.Bathroom appeared brand new- modern design with separate vanity. Atypical large,soft,textured towels and interchangable showerhead with 4 water options.Popcorn, coffee,sweet and low and sugar,creamer, tea,salt and pepper,hand soap, facial soap, lotion, shower cap.Pool had gas grill as well as a bin supplying clean towels/wet towel discard.Gazebo over the large jaccuzi. 24 hour food/ snack shop on site. Relaxed atmosphere. Staff friendly, non-intrusive. Continental breakfast before you go with an impressive "texas" waffle iron my son got a kick out of.A variety of other food options at breakfast if you're not into the eggs and bacon. Friendly kitchen hostess who was on the ball, with a positive attitude to boot.You won't regret picking this one!!
