    The stay at the hotel was great. The employees where nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and everything ran smoothly. Until I got home and checked my online banking to see that I had been charged for my stay multiple times. These charges WHERE NOT done by HOTELS.COM but by the HOTEL(SHERATON) themselves. So when I called the Sheraton they kind of just swept it under the rug saying someone will call you back regarging the charges. So I called Hotels.com customer service line and they called the Sheraton and got the problem solve right away. Thanks HOTELS.COM
