    We have stayed here several times for a weekend getaway with our kids. Each time we go, it disappoints us a little more. The breakfast is getting cheaper each time, and things seem to be broken a lot. We are looking in to different hotels for our next visit.

    Pretty run of the mill. It was nice to have the extra room with a suite. The toilet didn't flush well at all and the carpet had stains. I wouldn't stay there again, but it wasn't the worst.

Location. The Country Inn and Suites Kissimmee (Fla.) is just over one mile from Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Shops and VF Factory Outlet. Water Mania is three miles away and Pleasure Island in Downtown Disney is less than five miles from the property. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to theme parks including the Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Hotel Features. Complimentary deluxe continental breakfasts, including waffles, are served daily. Complimentary coffee and cookies are available 24 hours a day and the hotel features a Tiki Bar. Business services include complimentary high-speed Internet access and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. The hotel provides seasonal live entertainment. On site are a fitness center, video game room and three heated outdoor pools.

Guestrooms. Each of the 162 rooms is equipped with complimentary high-speed Internet access, cable television and Nintendo game systems. Complimentary newspapers are delivered Monday through Friday. Microwave ovens, refrigerators and coffeemakers are provided. Bathrooms supply complimentary toiletries.

Expert Tip. There's plenty of fun for kids of all ages with one of the hotel's three pool's featuring a waterslide, supervised planned activities, a children's playground an 18 holes of miniature golf.
