    The rooms were not really spacious but were well appointed and very clean. The service was excellent. The breakfast bar could be improved on. Stay away from the English muffins. They were awful.

    From the moment we arrived we encountered extremely rude service from the front desk staff. There was no smile, or even a "welcome." One evening both our room keys ceased working. I went downstairs (the worker was on the sofa in the lobby watching a Bogart movie) to get new keys. Instead of simply fixing the problem the clerk raised her voice and accused me of being around magnets all day. This is one example of what we endured. Never again will I stay at any of the facilities owned by this corporation. I will be writing directly to them, but wanted others to be warned by seeing this.
