    Woke up to trains nearby at night and then a separate time due to hotel room neighbors. The hot breakfast was the high point, but we were disappointed not to find fruit.

    Hotel was dirty on the outside, bed spreads had spills on, carpet looked had not been cleaned, the outside walkways were filthy, bugs in the room - most dead. No towels but were brought up by front desk who were at least polite and helpful. The hotel is right next to a railroad track, but is convenient to hospital and housing authority. Beds, pillows linens were of the old kind - dirty and uncomfortable with half pillows. I have paid this little before - apprx $70 and been treated to a clean, safe, environment with the new comforter linens. This is an old hotel, and truly should be a lot less. Breakfast was not bad, but the lady who served it could have been cleaner and nicer - she didn't want to refill the decaf and when did it was waterery. Told front desk and then the lady said I never said anything - when both me and another lady said something directly to her - very nicely. I would recommend staying elsewhere - has to be a better place in Augusta. I was not the only one in the seminar that felt this way but the other 8 people felt the same with some refusing to stay here and went to the hotel up the street.
