Surf Beach Resort

Location. The Surf Beach Resort condominiums are perched on the white sands of Treasure Island, Fla., a small barrier island located five miles west of St. Petersburg, Fla. These family-friendly condos are approximately 500 yards from the beach and boardwalk. Jet Skis, scooters and parasailing equipment are available for rent across the street. Shopping and restaurants at John's Pass Boardwalk & Village and Pirate's Square are less than one-half mile away.

Features. Built in 2005, this beachfront property offers 30 condos in a six-story, Mediterranean-style building. Barbecue grills and picnic areas are available for outdoor dining. Cabana rentals are offered on the beach. The property features a gulf-front sun deck with a heated outdoor pool and spa tub. Beach volleyball and shuffleboard courts are also available. One complimentary parking space is provided per unit. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Guestrooms. This resort features private balconies facing the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful sunset views. The condos offer two bathrooms and living rooms with bamboo and rattan furnishings. Cable television with DVD players and VCRs are provided in the living rooms and bedrooms. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is included. All units feature kitchens with microwave ovens, full-size refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, dishes and cookware. Washers and dryers are provided.

Expert Tip. Treasure Island's trolley runs up and down Gulf Boulevard, where the property is located. It stops at various locations along the beach, including John's Pass Village & Boardwalk.
