    Nice hotel! great food great people the Shuttle bus situation really sucks because you have to call to get a pick up but other than that perfect!!

    Great location to LAX. Surprisingly upscale hotel with suites and mini kitchen area. Manager's welcome free drinks and snacks was surprising.

Location. The Embassy Suites Hotel Los Angeles International Airport South provides all-suite accommodations in a Mediterranean-style atmosphere. The hotel is located just two miles south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in the beachside community of El Segundo, Calif. The hotel is three miles from Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica Beach and Marina del Rey. Hollywood and Beverly Hills are within a 10-mile radius of the hotel.

Hotel Features. The hotel provides a tropical atrium, where ducks and turtles pass the day amidst exotic koi fishponds. The hotel offers complimentary cooked-to-order breakfasts, and cocktail receptions are held each evening. The on-site 1440 bistro & bar, illuminated by natural light by day and street lamps by night, serves pasta, seafood and American cuisine. The Lobby Bar offers a food and drink menu, and guests can watch televised sporting events or play billiards. Recreational facilities include a fitness center, indoor pool, spa tub and sundeck. Business travelers can use the ample meeting space that can accommodate up to 500 people.

Guestroom Features. The Embassy Suites Hotel Los Angeles International Airport South features 249 suites that are situated around three central glass-covered courtyards. Suites are equipped with wireless Internet access for a fee. Suites consist of separate sleeping and living areas. All accommodations contain coffeemakers, refrigerators and microwave ovens. Tech-savvy enhancements include flat-panel televisions. Bathrooms are stocked with Bloom toiletries.

Expert Tip. Although there are on-site fitness facilities, joggers often choose to follow a route from the hotel that connects with El Segundo's beach.
