    The Arlington was the same price and I could have gotten a king single, but the bathrooms need to renovated and it did seem quite dingy. On the flip side The Springs Hotel was clean, smelt clean, better customer service, and modern fixtures. I also liked their honey comb blankets.

    This hotel is either on heat or ac for the whole building. There is no option to turn on the ac or heat in your room.

The Springs Hotel and Spa is located in Hot Springs, Ark. Nestled between the Ouachita Mountains and legendary Bathhouse Row that draw thousand of tourists each year, the Downtown Hotel is close to more than 80 shops and restaurants, which serve everything from burgers to bratwurst. The hotel stands near lakes and gardens, three miles from the Summit Arena convention mecca, and within the National Park historic district, surrounded by eight miles of groomed hiking trails.

The hotel features its own thermal bath and massage facility. Guests also can enjoy complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the hotel.

The hotel's 133 guestrooms and 11 suites feature Internet access and balconies, and standard rooms sport 370 square feet of living space. Guests can look out the picture windows of their rooms at the magnificent Ouachita Mountains or the historic downtown district.
