    Swimming pool so small, why did they bother. In an office area with no views and plenty of traffic noise. Have to valet park. Breakfasts are great, but pricey. Staff and rooms were good.

The Courtyard by Marriott Miami Dadeland, located near downtown Kendall's business and commercial district, is a good choice for business travelers seeking moderate accommodations. The hotel also is nearby Coral Gables, home to many offices of large corporations and the University of Miami. The Miami International Airport is 15 minutes away, and the hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle.

This five-story hotel offers 128 guestrooms targeted to business travelers and includes amenities such as a comfortable sitting area, high-speed Internet access, large desk with conveniently placed lighting and outlets, two phones with data ports, and an ergonomic chair.
