    Birthday present gone wrong.... The hotel was not able to book any spa services without a few days notice! Went there specifically for spa/dinner experience! Was given handicapped room with a shower at 4' off the ground and chair to sit in???? Felt like we were the only one's in the hotel and besides one other person, we had the pool to ourselves! Believe the other reviews- this hotel is a 2 1/2 star hotel charging 4 star prices!
