    Front desk personnel (the one who checked us in) could use some training in basic customer service. No luggage rack available when we checked out. Breakfast servers were not friendly - lacked basic skills. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned well. The location is good. The pool area was nice but could use some 'pool toys' for the children. All in all, adequate.
