    The customer service was not very good. There was no one in the office when I arrived. It took about 10 minutes before someone returned to the front desk. After checking in I asked about an elevator since we were on the second floor and was informed there wasn't one. This should be noted in the hotel description for people who have a hard time with stairs. The room was a nice size and since we only had a single queen bed there was plenty of room. But the television was over away from the bed and could not be seen from the bed. Also the bathroom had much to be desired. The shower/tub was rater small. And the shower curtain barely reached the top of the tub. we had water all over the floor.
