    The hotel was located in a nice area, the room was nice in appearance...I was very dissatified with the hotel, having no hot water at all...I complained about the water from 7:00p.m up until we checkout at 11:20pm and the night clerk continue to lie about the service man was working on it and he finally broke down and told the complaining lobby full of guest that someone was coming in the morning...I ended up staying at a motel that only had 1 room avaiable that was smoking and a queen bed(I have asthma)...This was oreintation week at the university...there were no rooms avaiable anywhere...Will never ever stay at the BEST Western University EVER!!!
