    The hotel employee acted in a professional manner.The room had a musty odor (mildew) The bathroom.bathmat was filthy.We put the bathmat in the waste basket,hoping they would get the hint.It was teken out of the trash and put back on the bath tub. We wiped things down with Lysol before using. I must say I have stayed at a few Best Western's and they all were 100% better. As we were checking out we overheard a conversation of other guest's talking about the horrible conditions.This property needs a complete renovation ie rooms bathrooms etc.
