    Immediately upon entering my hotel room, I noticed that the room was hot and filled with a foul odor. Additionally, the bathtub faucet was broken, and water was "running" at a more than steady stream. I immediately phoned the front desk and advised them of the running water in the bathroom. Within a few minutes the manager as well as another employee knocked the door. Instead of offering to move me to another room so that they could make the necessary repairs to the bathtub, they simply tied up my bathroom for approximately 1/2 an hour while I waited in the room. Their repair work held up for about (2-3) hours before the water began running again. However, I was in town for a family function, and did not have time to wait on the staff to finish another temporary fix before I could leave my hotel room (as I did not feel comfortable leaving them in the room with my belongings unattended). Upon returning to the room later that evening, in addition to the running water in the bathroom, we also noticed that the room had not cooled off very much, despite leaving the air conditioner on while we were out. The room was very stuffy and the odor was thick in the air. The worst part of our stay by far was waking up with Ants in our beds and luggage. The night before, I had noticed one ant on the floor in the bathroom, but honestly, I did not think very much of it. However, when I woke up to find several ants in our bed, and in my (3) year old daughter's bed, I was angry to say the least. Soon afterward, I discovered that my daughter's luggage was COVERED in ants, with even more ants in my suitcase (which was lifted off of the floor and sitting on a luggage rack). I immediately phoned the front desk (again), and the woman who answered sounded less than concerned about my complaints of ants in our room, specifically in our beds and luggage. About (5-10) minutes later a housekeeping employee knocked on the door. When I opened the door, she was standing there holding a can of "
