    We spent a night at this Econo Lodge while on a family trip. Grand Forks was booked-up because of a university event. We knew, going in, that this motel was an economy hotel, and were not surprised by the status of the facility. The staff was helpful and nice. The building is small and somewhat worn. The room smelled a little musty. However, the room rate was not bad, so all in all, our experience was okay. We decided to not stay the planned second night, partly because of the state of the facility. There are better places to stay in Grand Forks, but this hotel is alright.
