    I was surprised at the customer service I received, very friendly staff! The bed was comfortable and the Club Membership was perfect. I enjoyed the privacy and exclusiveness of the top floor (no access with out keycard to floor). I didnt enjoy the unexpected knock on my door at 8am for room service; i didnt have a "do not disturb" sign available to place on door...

Location. The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta (Ga.) is located in downtown Atlanta's business, finance and government centers. Across the street from a MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) station, the stately hotel offers convenient access to the area's attractions. The Georgia Aquarium, the Georgia World Congress Center, the World of Coca-Cola, Philips Arena and Fox Theatre are within one mile of the hotel. Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport is 12 miles away.

Hotel Features. The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta provides business-friendly amenities including currency exchange service, a business center, concierge desk and secretarial services.
