    The room was a suite, nicely decorated, if a bit awkward in layout (odd, narrow foyer,but the bedroom, living room, and kitchen were fine). The hotel had a workout center, nicely landscaped smallish pool, and a restaurant (a little pricey). It was very close to Coconut Walk, with many shops and restaurants within five minutes' walk or so. We were ten minutes drive from U. Miami, and perhaps 30 minutes from South Beach, and downtown Miami. The service was good, though there was only valet parking. This boosed the cost quite a bit ($16-21/day). Over all, we felt it was worth the money, comfortable and in an excellent location.

A swatch of coral set against the South Florida sky, the Mutiny's 12-story tower sets the tone for its interior. The Mutiny is secluded enough to offer peace and quiet for those who wish to enjoy the comfort of their suite or a poolside massage. The garden courtyard with orchids and a waterfall provides a tranquil setting for guests to relax in the year-round pool and spa tub for five. Guests will excess energy will want to make use of the fitness center containing cardio machines, universal gym, free weights, sauna and steam room.
