See more detailsLocation. The Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Downtown (Mich.) is connected to the General Motors Renaissance Center by a skyway, which overlooks the riverfront. The hotel is adjacent to the People Mover Transit System and the Cobo Conference Center is located seven blocks away. Ford Field, Comerica Park and the Fox Theatre are all within one mile of the hotel.
Hotel Features. The lobby-level restaurant, Sweet Lorraine's, serves casual fare daily for all three meals. Function space includes six meeting rooms and a 3,200-square-foot Cascade Ballroom. Business services consist of event catering and wireless Internet access for a fee. The state-of-the-art, newly renovated, eighth-floor health club boasts a fitness facility, weight room, spa tub, sauna and indoor pool. A tennis court, basketball court and running track is located outside the hotel.
Guestrooms. Hotel guestrooms all feature river or city views, desks and separate sitting areas. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available.
