    Room thermostat was not functioning properly or the cleaning staff left the A/C on. We left the hotel room one morning with the AC off and returned 8 hours later and the A/C was blowing full blast (in November). The room was 65 degrees. The hotel uses an automatic setting if your door key is not inserted. We took both keys with us and returned to a freezing room in the evening. Toilet in the bathroom did not flush properly upon arrival. We had to hold down the handle for several seconds to get the toilet to flush. Also sink did not drain well. In need of draino. Bathroom floor was sticky when we first arrived. No idea what cleaning product is used for the floor but it left a sticky feeling on our socks and barefeet. Hotel staff was great. Very nice and helpful. No complaints there at all.
