    We stayed with our two small children and two grandparents. We had a 3 BDRM condo and it had plenty of space for all of us. Also, the drive to the Disney Parks was a very quick one - especially with some tips from the condo main office staff. We were very happy with our choice

Location. The Beachtree Villas in Kissimmee, Fla., are just four miles from family attractions of Walt Disney World. Jungleland, Million Dollar Mulligan and The Water Mania Water Park are all within three miles of the property. Guests are also close to Green Meadows Petting Farm, SeaWorld, World of Orchids, Splendid China and Universal Studios Florida.

Features. Combining resort amenities with residential comforts, Beachtree Villas offers outdoor tennis courts, a modest recreational center with cardiovascular equipment and a weight bench, and an outdoor pool with accompanying hot tub and sauna. Amenities geared toward kids include a game room with pool table and vending machines, and a playground. Complimentary parking is right outside individual villas.

Guestrooms. Guests choose from two- or three-bedroom villas ranging from 1,150 to 1,250 square feet, with fully equipped kitchens. Villas offer a residential suite-style setup with separate living and dining rooms. There is a bathroom en-suite to the main bedroom and an additional hallway bathroom in each unit. The main bedroom in each unit offers a walk-in closet and an additional television. Necessities for vacation home living, including linens, towels, dishes, cookware and flatware are provided. Cable television and VCRs are standard. Washers and dryers are provided. Complimentary dial-up Internet access is available. All units at this property are non-smoking.
