    We ended up with a very nice home but that was after we spent one night at a different home. The first home had a broken refridgerator, air conditioning but was very pretty. We called about the problems and were moved the next day. They told us that they had many similiar complaints about the original location. My question is, "why did you put us there?" The move was not easy. We had 8 people with us and had already unpacked everything for the week. The second home's air conditioning was also not working well. We are from Texas, so we know a little bit about what to look at. We open up the filters and they had not been changed in a least 6 months. They were so filled they were bent in half. Maintenance needs to be better on these homes.

    Fully furnished including kitchen, private pool, very clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Disney parks. Our stay here was much more enjoyable than cramped in a one room hotel. Convenience of having full kitchen and laundry facilty a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Location. The Advantage Vacation Homes in Kissimmee, Fla., are close to many central Florida attractions, including Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Watermania Water Park. Located in various subdivisions throughout the Orlando area, these private, multi- bedroom homes are within 15 miles of the Disney theme parks, with the closest vacation homes positioned just two miles from the park entrances.

Features. These individually owned and decorated three-, four- and five-bedrooms homes vary in size and décor depending on the individual home. Vacationing families and groups in need of more spacious lodging options select the Advantage Vacation Homes for their extra space and privacy. Vacation homes offer private backyards, and include kitchens, washers and dryers and a dining setup with at least six chairs. Homes have private, screened-in pools and backyard patios with furniture for lounging and dining. In the winter, pool heat is available for an additional fee, to be arranged in advance after booking. Homes range from 1,200- to 1,900- square-feet.

Guestrooms. Guests staying at Advantage Vacation Homes will receive a rental home that includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and cookware. Housekeeping is not provided, but cleaning supplies are available for self- cleaning of the units during guests' stay. Most homes, offering three to five bedrooms and two bathrooms. While homes are decorated according to individual owners' tastes, most homes offer bright, Florida-style decor and furnishings.

Expert Tip. Car rental is highly recommended for guests staying at the Advantage Vacation Homes, as the individual homes are generally located in suburbs and semi-rural locations within driving distance to Orlando attractions.
